Wereleopard
Basics: Of all the strains, Cats are one of the hardest to contract. The rarity of it makes smaller scratches and scrapes less likely to cause a human to be infected. The most likely method of infection for leopards in through a brutal attack from a fully shifted Leopard, as is the case for most cat strains. Wereleopards are also considered open in their leadership roles, relying not on strength, but metaphysical prowess. Because of this both male and females can lead.
Bond: Being nurturing in nature, Leopards bond by metaphysically ‘licking’ the other, much as a cat would groom each other. In this, each Leopard allows the metaphysical power of their Beast to step out and be ‘washed over by the other. This process is done so each can feel the sense of being washed over by all others present. The larger the Pard, the more times this is felt. Often times this leads to what the Shifter group has affectionately called a ‘cat pile’, or rather this bonding is the origins of the Leopards cat pile. When a Nimir Raj/Ra is present, their Beast can blanket the pard in one go, giving the Pard the fullest sense of protection.
